蜜桃app+ is a one-stop shop for eTextbooks and Study & Exam Prep (also referred to as Channels), both designed to help students get better grades in college. eTextbooks and Study & Exam Prep can be purchased separately or together.

eTextbooks have built-in tools that simplify studying, like flashcards, audiobook and search. Study & Exam Prep includes video lessons, practice problems, study guides, Q&A with experts and more, to help you understand tricky topics and get you prepared for test time 鈥� all in one place.

蜜桃app+ offers an eTextbook rental, billed as a 6-month subscription. A subscription includes instant access to your eTextbook, including study tools such as the ability to create custom flash cards, take notes, and the option to search and highlight important info in your eTextbook. You can also bundle your eTextbook with Study & Exam Prep.

When you check out, you can make a one-time, up-front payment for your eTextbook, or you can choose to pay monthly. If you opt for monthly payments, we will charge your payment method each month until your 6-month subscription ends. If something happens and you need your eTextbook for longer than 6 months, select Extend subscription on the Manage subscription page in My account at any time to continue your subscription before it ends.

Each subscription includes access to 1 eTextbook title.

A 蜜桃app eTextbook is an easy-to-use digital version of your book for class that includes upgraded study tools to help you learn how you learn best. Use enhanced search to find what you need within your eTextbook, highlight and make notes to mark important info, generate flashcards to test your knowledge, and use audio to listen to the text. Every feature is designed to help you learn more efficiently and get results. Plus, you can learn on the go with the 蜜桃app+ app. Find this and more in your eTextbook, available in 蜜桃app+.

eTextbooks are available for 180 days (6 months). You can make an up-front payment for your subscription or pay monthly. If you opt for monthly payments, we will charge your payment method each month until your subscription ends. You can select Extend subscription on the Manage subscription page in My account at any time to continue your subscription before it ends.

As of right now, 蜜桃app+ is only available in the United States, but we鈥檙e working on expanding to other countries.

If you鈥檙e an international student studying at a U.S. school, you can still get an eTextbook subscription with 蜜桃app+. You鈥檒l need to use your web browser to access 蜜桃app+ since the app is not currently accessible outside of the U.S.

If you don鈥檛 see the eTextbook you need in 蜜桃app+, you may be able to purchase it separately on 蜜桃app.com. You can search by title, author, or ISBN.

eTextbook subscriptions are only available for a 6-month minimum term. We鈥檙e not able to customize the subscription term.

You can customize your Channels subscription, which includes practice problems, study guides, Q&A with experts, video lessons that help you understand tricky topics and more鈥攁ll in one place. When you bundle Channels with your eTextbook at the time of purchase, it鈥檚 called Study and Exam Prep.

Channels, also referred to as Study & Exam Prep, is a video platform with thousands of explanations, solutions, and practice problems in 19 subjects to help you do homework and prep for exams. Videos are personalized to your course, and tutors walk you through solutions. Plus, interactive AI鈥憄owered summaries and a social community help you understand lessons from your class.

Channels doesn鈥檛 replace traditional textbooks or eTextbooks. It鈥檚 an additional tool to help you with your studies, and it can be used with 蜜桃app textbooks or non-蜜桃app textbooks.听

Channels/Study & Exam Prep offers additional help, which can be tailored to your course or eTextbook. It is an optional add-on to supplement your learning, unless communicated otherwise by your instructor.

A limited number of videos are accessible to watch for free.听

If you reach your limit and would like to see more, you can purchase a Channels subscription for unlimited access to the full library, along with the other features such as practice problems, study guides and more.

When you choose a Channels subscription, you're signing up for a 1鈥憁onth, 3鈥憁onth or 12鈥憁onth term and you make an upfront payment for your subscription. By default, these subscriptions auto鈥憆enew at the frequency you select during checkout. You鈥檒l have access to the full video library across all 19 subjects once you鈥檝e subscribed.

You can bundle Channels (also referred to as Study & Exam Prep) with your eTextbook at the time of purchase. Bundle subscription terms vary. You can choose your subscription term and payment frequency at checkout.

When you purchase a Channels subscription, it will last 1 month, 3 months or 12 months, depending on the plan you chose. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your term unless you cancel it.听

We use your credit card to renew your subscription automatically. To make sure your learning is uninterrupted, please check your card details. If your payment method fails, we鈥檒l send you an email with instructions for how to update it.

You can cancel your Channels subscription from My account. To end your subscription, make sure you cancel it at least 1 day before the renewal date.听

Upon cancellation, your access will expire at the end of your current term. You will not be eligible for a refund.

If you change your mind, you can restart your Channels subscription.

This subscription plan includes one eTextbook plus access to the full library of video lessons, practice problems, and more. It is available across all 2000+ eTextbooks in 蜜桃app+. Bundle subscription terms vary. You can choose your subscription term and payment frequency at checkout.

When you purchase this subscription plan, it will last for 6 months (180 days). You can renew your subscription by selecting Extend subscription on the Manage subscription page in My account before your initial term ends.

If you extend your subscription, we'll automatically charge you every month. If you made a one-time payment for your initial term, you'll now pay monthly. To make sure your learning is uninterrupted, please check your card details.听

To avoid the next payment charge, select Cancel subscription on the Manage subscription page in My account before the renewal date. You can subscribe again in the future by purchasing another eTextbook + Study & Exam Prep subscription.

You can end your subscription and get a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial term. Just visit My account and select Cancel and refund. Upon cancellation, access to your eTextbook + Study & Exam Prep will no longer be available. Please allow up to 1 hour after purchase for your subscription to be eligible for a refund.

Yes, Study & Exam Prep can be purchased separately at any time. Simply visit the Study & Exam Prep/Channels page and choose monthly, quarterly, or annual access.听

Currently, 鈥淪tudy & Exam Prep鈥� and 鈥淐hannels鈥� refer to the exact same application in 蜜桃app+. When you bundle Channels with your eTextbook at the time of purchase, it鈥檚 called Study and Exam Prep.

An access code is a unique 24-character code used to gain access to an eTextbook purchased at a campus bookstore. When you purchase an eTextbook from your campus store, you鈥檒l be given an access code to redeem on 蜜桃app鈥檚 website.听

Access codes can be redeemed one time and cannot be shared between students. You can have more than one eTextbook subscription. A separate access code is required for each eTextbook and each code must be redeemed separately.

First, follow the instructions in the email you received from your campus store. Then, visit redeem.pearsonplus.com, enter your 24-character access code, and click Redeem.

As of May 2024, Multi-subscription access codes can no longer be redeemed on 蜜桃app+. Need help? Chat with an agent through the Virtual Assistant (Select the Live Agent option from the menu).

You can have more than one eTextbook subscription. A separate access code is required for each eTextbook. Each code must be redeemed separately.

Note: Access codes can be redeemed one time and cannot be shared between students.

Your eTextbook subscription gives you access for 6 months (180 days). When your initial term has ended you can purchase another access code from your campus store. Or you can buy an eTextbook subscription on 蜜桃app+.

You have 14 days to exchange your eTextbook on pearsonplus.com or return the code to your campus store for a refund.

You can manage your subscription details from the Manage subscription page in My account.

When you purchase an eTextbook subscription, it will last 6 months.听听

You can renew your subscription by selecting Extend subscription on the Manage subscription page in My account before your initial term ends.

If we aren鈥檛 able to process your payment, we鈥檒l send you an email and pause your subscription. To continue uninterrupted access, be sure to update your payment method. After 8 tries, your subscription will be canceled. You can purchase a new subscription using an up-to-date payment method on 蜜桃app+.

To change your payment method or to add a new payment method:

• Go to My account
• Select Manage
• In the Billing section on the Subscription details page select Update payment info听
• On the Update payment info screen, select the Credit card tab and add your new credit card details
• Then, select Update payment info to save the information

If you鈥檇 like to change your payment method to PayPal, select the PayPal tab on the Update payment info screen and Continue to PayPal.

If you purchased your eTextbook from 蜜桃app, you can end your subscription and get a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial 6-month term. Just visit My account and select Cancel and refund next to the eTextbook. Please allow up to 1 hour after purchase for your subscription to be eligible for a refund.

If you purchased your eTextbook from your campus bookstore, you can cancel your subscription and get a full refund by returning the access code to your campus store within the first 14 days of your subscription term.

If you cancel, you鈥檒l lose access to your eTextbooks and any available discounts.听

If you purchased your eTextbook directly from 蜜桃app and need to cancel within the first 14 days of your subscription, visit My account and select Cancel and refund next to the eTextbook.听 We鈥檒l send you an email confirming your cancellation and process your full refund. To subscribe again, just sign in to your account using the same username and password.

If you purchased your eTextbook from your campus bookstore and need to cancel within the first 14 days of your subscription, return your access code to your campus store.

You can get a full refund if you cancel during the first 14 days of your subscription term. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be applied back to your credit card or PayPal account. If you used PayPal to purchase your subscription, your refund will be issued by PayPal. If you used Apple Pay, your refund will be issued to your payment card.

For purchases made through your campus bookstore, please return your access code to your campus store for a refund.

If you already purchased an eTextbook through MyLab, Mastering or 蜜桃app鈥檚 instructor-led eTextbook platform, you can download the 蜜桃app+ app and use it to access your eTextbook anytime, anywhere without a subscription.

Be sure you're registered for your MyLab, Mastering or instructor-led course before accessing the eTextbook on 蜜桃app+. Then you鈥檒l find your eTextbook in your library after signing into 蜜桃app+.

If your instructor is using the instructor-led eTextbook platform, a course invitation will be shared by email, on your syllabus or through class set-up materials. Simply visit the link and follow the prompts to access your eTextbook.

If your course materials are part of Inclusive Access, you will access your eTextbook through your school鈥檚 Learning Management System.

If you'd like to continue to access Revel content at the end of a term, start an eTextbook subscription. Use the 蜜桃app+ app to find the eTextbooks for all your courses.

If you need to join a course that includes eTextbook access, use your instructor鈥檚 invite link to buy the eTextbook.听

If you鈥檝e had your subscription for less than 14 days, visit your My account page and select Cancel and refund next to the eTextbook.听 If you've had access to your eTextbook for more than 14 days, chat with us through the 蜜桃app Virtual Assistant for help.
