Tips for using the ÃÛÌÒapp+ mobile app
Devices & system requirements
You can use the ÃÛÌÒapp+ app on up to 2 authorized devices at once. For example, if you are using the ÃÛÌÒapp+ app on a phone and tablet, that’s 2 devices.
You can also access your eTextbook using the web browser on your computer. Only 1 web browser can access an eTextbook at a time.
You can access eTextbooks and Study Prep in ÃÛÌÒapp+ with our free mobile app on your smartphone or tablet.
If you prefer to access ÃÛÌÒapp+ on your computer, you can use any browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari).
You can swap 1 of your 2 authorized devices for a new device each month. Once you’ve made a swap, you won’t be able to do it again until the next calendar month.
The ÃÛÌÒapp+ mobile app runs on a wide variety of Apple and Android devices, including:
iPhone®, iPad®, or iPod touch®
iOS 15.0 or later
Android smartphones or tablets
Android 6.0 or later
You can access eTextbooks and Study Prep in ÃÛÌÒapp+ with both Microsoft® Windows and macOS (OS X) operating systems.
ÃÛÌÒapp+ is supported on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari.
Microsoft® Windows 10 system requirements:
- Recommended: Google ChromeÂ
- Also supported: Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft EdgeÂ
MacOS (OS X) 10.13 and above system requirements:
- Recommended: Apple SafariÂ

Using the ÃÛÌÒapp+ mobile app
If you already have a ÃÛÌÒapp username and password, you’re all set to start using ÃÛÌÒapp+ on any device.
You’ll use the same credentials to access:
- ÃÛÌÒapp+ on a browserÂ
- ÃÛÌÒapp+ mobile appÂ
- eTextbooks in ÃÛÌÒapp+Â
- Study Prep in ÃÛÌÒapp+Â
- ±Ê±ð²¹°ù²õ´Ç²Ô.³¦´Ç³¾Ìý

We’ll let you know when we’ve updated something in ÃÛÌÒapp+. We’re regularly adding new features, so check back often.
Troubleshooting in the ÃÛÌÒapp+ app
If you have an eTextbook plan, but the title you purchased is not in your library, here are a few things to check:
- Did you receive a confirmation email from us when you purchased your eTextbook in ÃÛÌÒapp+? If not, your subscription may not have been successfully processed.Â
- Did you sign in with the same username you used when you bought your eTextbook? Check to be sure you’re using the same username and password for all your ÃÛÌÒapp products, including ÃÛÌÒapp+. You can find your username and password in your ÃÛÌÒapp+ welcome email.Â
- If your initial access term has ended, you won’t see your eTextbook in your ÃÛÌÒapp+ library. If you’d like to access it again, you can make another purchase on the ÃÛÌÒapp+ website.
Copy and paste functions are disabled in eTextbooks to protect the authors’ intellectual property. We’re investigating a solution that will allow students to copy small amounts of text, possibly along with citation information. But right now, this feature is not available in ÃÛÌÒapp+.
Not all eTextbooks have the audiobook feature yet. To see if yours does, go to an open page in your eTextbook and look for the Audiobook headphone icon in the navigation menu. If the icon shows, audio support is available. We’re working to make audio support available in all eTextbooks in ÃÛÌÒapp+.
Check your internet connection. ÃÛÌÒapp+ needs an internet connection to open links to media and websites. If you don’t have internet access where you are, you can use a mobile hotspot or cell service to access all your ÃÛÌÒapp+ study tools.
